A New Identity in God

When you are born of the spirit of God and brought into the Kingdom God begins the process of changing your identity. So many fail to allow the Lord to do a deep work of inner transformation and therefore never grow spiritually. But, if you are willing, God will give you a brand-new identity. The way you think about yourself, your relationships, your past and your future, will all change. God will deliver you from all the negativity of your past and impart to you new, and positive, ways of not only relating to yourself but to every aspect of your life. Knowing your identity in the Lord, knowing who you are in Christ, will empower you to overcome every strategy of the enemy and grow to fruitful spiritual maturity.
